Ashley began cutting checks for Triplett Wellman in 2021.  Starting work for a new company in the middle of a pandemic can present a few challenges.  Ashley took everything in stride and made lemonade with every lemon.  With a young family, Ashley needed an employer with flexibility.  She also strived to find a company that works hard, has fun, and epitomizes the term ‘Work Family’.  We are happy she chose Triplett Wellman as her home.  Ashley is sharp, witty, and brings her ‘can-do’ attitude to work every day.  When Ashley is not managing company payables, she is likely spending time with her husband and children in the outdoors.  She also likes to create natural balms, salves, and essential oil products in her spare time.  We just may have the best skin in construction – Thanks Ashley!
