Blake joined us in 2022 and has already gotten some larger project experience under his belt within his first 2 years.  Blake came to us from an agricultural manufacturing/construction firm where he obtained a lot of experience managing, detailing, and collaborating while focused on lean principles. Previously as a R&D Engineer, he even designed and prototyped products for vehicles displayed at the SEMA show in Las Vegas.  When Blake is not collaborating with superintendents, project managers, and owners, he can be found tinkering around his garage or spending time with his wife looking for the best area restaurants.  He is a bit of a ‘foodie’ so don’t bring fast food to the jobsite or he may just turn his nose up.  All kidding aside, Blake’s calm demeanor makes it simple for everyone to get along with him which is a huge asset for a fast-paced construction environment.
