Chase Lemke first joined our team in 2012. He has been in construction since he was 20 years old, thanks to inspiration from his old man who was a superintendent for 20+ years. Chase is always chasing (HA!) the thrill of seeing a pile of dirt transform into a finished building, and the satisfaction of knowing he kept up with Triplett Wellman’s fast-paced schedule!

Chase was born in Portland, Oregon but his family moved to Gresham when he was still young. During his free time, he is usually playing basketball or golf. Recently, he’s a fully devoted father to two beautiful daughters, making sure they will someday become respectable women.
