Mandi joined the Triplett Wellman work family in 2019.  She brought with her extensive experience in management, having managed multiple multi-million dollar restaurants in the Pacific Northwest and Arizona.  While she originally joined us in an administrative role, her people skills and desire to work with clients and architects really resonated with us and our work culture.  From administration, Mandi worked into a subcontract specialist and operations and maintenance technician role.  From there, she worked into project engineering and marketing.  She continues to fulfill her roles with enthusiasm and constant smile.  When Mandi is not at work, she enjoys an active role in her church and she is a phenomenal singer.  She loves spending time with her husband, son, and extended family.  Her parents have a local event venue and winery so she is often helping them with their business ventures.  Above all, Mandi is a shining example of what a friend, coworker, and business leader should be.
