Ron is Washington-born (grew up right in Ridgefield). Ron joined the Triplett Wellman family since he crossed the Oregon border. He first joined the team in 1993, and since then he’s been working his way diligently up the ladder to the prestigious rank of Project Superintendent.

One of the best aspects of construction is the comradery that forms throughout the life of a project, and nowhere is that better exemplified than through Ron’s dedication to his crew. It’s no surprise that Ron loves nothing more than to simply come home to his family.
